Everyone who can exercise should exercise. Fitness professionals and health care professionals can play a crucial role in getting people to exercise. People need to understand what exercises they should do to maintain a maximum level of fitness throughout their lives. Fitness professionals need to set an exercise example and be able to adapt exercise pro- grams for people with special needs.
