Welcome to TI 369 / PMPC.world and TI369 Academy (β referred herein as TI369 β). By registering for our programs, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, including the following policies. Please read them carefully.
Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
At TI-369, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our students, patients/clients, faculty, and staff. We comply with all applicable federal and provincial privacy laws and ensure that personal, academic, health, and employment information is handled with care and respect.
Our Commitment
- We follow Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant provincial requirements.
- We regularly review our policies to remain compliant with changing laws and regulations.
Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to everyone at TI-369, including:
- Students β academic records, grades, disciplinary files, accommodations, and personal information.
- Faculty & Staff β employment files, payroll information, performance records.
- Patients/Clients β health records, treatment notes, consent forms, and personal details shared during care.
- Institutional Operations β financial, strategic, and administrative records that require confidentiality.
How We Use Information
- We collect information only for legitimate academic, clinical, or administrative purposes.
- Information is shared only when needed to support learning, program operations, or patient care.
- Consent is required before using or sharing personal health information, unless disclosure is required by law.
Clinical Education & Confidentiality
- Students, faculty, and supervisors must keep all patient/client information confidential.
- Information cannot be shared outside of the clinical or educational setting without written consent, unless legally required (e.g., safety concerns).
- Clinical documentation is securely stored in line with TI-369βs Data & Electronic File Storage Policy.
Academic & Workplace Confidentiality
- Grades, evaluations, and accommodations are shared only with authorized personnel.
- Faculty and staff records are confidential and securely stored.
- All students and employees sign a Confidentiality Agreement when they join TI-369.
Access to Records
Individuals may request access to their records by submitting a written request to the Administration Office. Requests will be processed according to privacy laws and within legal timelines.
Breaches of Confidentiality
- Any suspected or confirmed breach must be reported immediately to the Program Director or the Administration Office.
- TI-369 will investigate, take corrective action, and notify affected individuals as required by law.
