Welcome to TI 369 / PMPC.world and TI369 Academy (“ referred herein as TI369 ”). By registering for our programs, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Provisions
1.1. TI 369 Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of PMPC.world and the Academy services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1.2. All content, course materials, and resources are the property of Peter Turner, TI 369/ PMPC.world, and TI 369 Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
1.3. Access to the online learning portal is personal and non-transferable. Students may not share login credentials.
2. Enrollment and Fees
2.1. Stream 2 (Full Program): Fees are due in full at registration. Please see the student handbook for more information from our administration office.
2.2. Stream 1 (Modular): Fees are payable per quarter modules at the time of registration for that quarter, in support of ongoing open learning stream.
2.3. Non-refundable deposits, where applicable, are due at the time of registration.
3. Trial Period (for TI 369 Academy courses only)
3.1. Individuals enrolled in TI 369 Academy are entitled to a 14-day trial period beginning on the date of membership, either monthly or annually.
3.2. During this trial period, students may withdraw by submitting a written request to info@pmpc.world to cancel their membership.
3.3. Individuals who withdraw within the 14-day trial period will receive a full refund of membership fees paid.
3.4. After the 14-day trial period has expired, there are no memberships, and the monthly or annual membership benefits will continue until the membership is cancelled in writing.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for TI 369 / PMPC.world student enrollment are determined by stream and by the timing of portal activation and class/module commencement.
4.1 Stream 2 – Full Program, Fees Due at Registration:
- Prior to Portal Activation and Commencement of Classes: Students shall receive a full refund, excluding non-refundable deposits.
- After Portal Activation and Commencement of Classes: No refunds will be issued.
4.2 Stream 1 – Quarter Modular, Fees Due per Quarter:
- Prior to Portal Activation for a Quarter Module: Students shall receive a full refund of the module fee, excluding non-refundable deposits.
- After Portal Activation and Commencement of a Quarter Module: No refunds will be issued for that module.
4.3 General Provisions:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@pmpc.world.
- Students who register, are granted portal access, and subsequently cease to attend (or never attend) without formally withdrawing remain responsible for all assessed fees.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. TI 369 Academy is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of student information.
5.2. Personal information collected (such as name, email address, payment details, and academic records) will be used solely for the purposes of program delivery, administration, and compliance with applicable laws.
5.3. TI 369 Academy does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Limited sharing of information may occur with service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering Academy services (e.g., secure payment processing, learning management system access).
5.4. Reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards are in place to protect student data, including secure storage, restricted access, and data backup systems.
5.5. Students may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting info@pmpc.world.
6. Student Responsibilities
6.1. Students are expected to actively participate in courses and comply with all academic policies.
6.2. Students are responsible for ensuring that their technology meets the requirements to access the online portal.
6.3. Misuse of the Academy’s systems, including unauthorized sharing of materials or login credentials, may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. TI 369 Academy will make all reasonable efforts to deliver courses as advertised. However, the Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as necessary.
7.2. TI 369 Academy shall not be liable for losses arising from disruptions beyond its control (including, but not limited to, internet outages, technical failures, or force majeure events).
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which TI 369 Academy operates.
