About Coach Lindsay
With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, Coach Lindsay has dedicated her career to helping others discover their strength—both inside and out. Her passion lies in empowering people of all backgrounds and abilities to realize their potential through movement, discipline, and personal growth.
From a young age, Lindsay was deeply rooted in athletics, competing in elite-level soccer and fastball across North America and overseas. That competitive drive continues today as she plays with the Salmon Arm Women’s Competitive Soccer Team, channeling the same energy and determination that fuel her approach to coaching.
Lindsay’s journey in fitness has included everything from high-level athletic competition to training clients one-on-one and in group settings. She’s known for her ability to connect, motivate, and bring out the best in those she works with—meeting people where they are and helping them build the mindset and habits that lead to lasting transformation.
For Lindsay, fitness is more than a workout—it’s a foundation for resilience, confidence, and growth. Her mission is to guide others toward discovering what they’re capable of, celebrating progress every step of the way, and carrying that strength into every area of life.
