Prospective Applicants for the PMPC Myosteo Medical Massage Therapy Program must complete an application form and process payment for the program. 

Program Stream:

• Stream 1 – Open Learning: No prerequisites, self-paced study, optional internship/externship, with the flexibility to transfer into the credentialed stream. Certification is awarded upon completion of all requirements.
• Stream 2 – Credentialed Learning Path: Requires prerequisites, application review, structured modules with instructor oversight, and mandatory internship/externship. Certification awarded upon completion.

Required documents include transcripts, relevant diplomas/certificates, valid CPR/First Aid, proof of business license or association membership (if applicable), and government-issued photo ID.
